I'd like to know which faith-based secondary schools in London are more likely to admit a non-catholic, non-faith girl. I
What about Sacred Heart High School Hammersmith?
Mary-le-Bon for Girls?
others?

thanks

I woud read their admissions policies. Look at the LAs stats for admissions into the schools. You then have some concrete information. However, it is perfectly possible for non religious children to go to faith schools but they will be exposed to the faith of the scool on a daily basis so most people factor in if this is OK for them, or not.

The better the school, the less likely you are to get a faith place for a child not of that/any faith.
The reason is that parents near a good or outstanding faith school will rediscover religion in order to ensure their children get a place there and potentially save ££££ in private school fees.
So you can bet your hat that there are few if any non Christian children at the London Oratory/Cardinal Vaughan/Greycoats for example.
Other less sought after faith schools in poorer areas will tell a different story.
Given that faith schools are largely funded from the public purse this is of course outrageous.

Some schools have allocations for non-faith children. In 2017, for example, St Marylebone School allocated 51 out of 150 places under the Open (non-faith) criterion. But the cutoff distances for non-faith applicants were between 0.55 and 0.86 miles, while the cutoff distances for CofE applicants were between 2.5 and 3.7 miles.
