Queenswood and Aldenham for dyslexia

My daughter has dyslexia in the form of processing/memory (she can read). We live in North London and she is sitting for Queens wood and Aldenham. She loves music and drama and needs somewhere nurturing and where class sizes are relatively small so she can focus. Does anyone have any knowledge of these schools and how good their learning support is. Many thanks

My DDs went to Q and I would say learning support was minimal. Have you actually asked them what they can provide? They had one or two very high functioning dyslexics who were barely dyslexic at all. It seemed like a ruse to get them extra time in exams. I was never aware of an SEN dept and I could not have told you who the SEN teacher was. We have been gone a few years but I think they do not see themselves as a school that takes Sen children. But do ask and make your needs clear to them.
