I'm thinking about this school for my daughter for Sep 2013, and am wondering if anyone knows anything about the style and content of their admissions test that they use to stream applicants...? TIA.

Are you sure they stream by the banding test? Many schools don't, including St Marylebone, at least a couple of years ago they didn't. From memory I think there was an NVR and an English paper but can't remember. The language aptitude test (for one of the twelve or so places) was completely written At my DD's school they DO stream by the banding test but move quite a few kids at the end of the first term, so it may not necessarily confer an advantage.

They don't stream by banding test. They do NVR and English test for admissions. You can chose to sit the language test, which selects 30 (?) girls on language aptitude. Apart from the language class, year 7 is mixed ability. At the end of this year girls are set by subject tests for year 8. Its a lovely school, by the way.

DD did it in 2008. It was 5 language places then. The church criteria are very stringent. Five years, fortnightly and additional points for extra things like sitting in the pcc, singing in choir, attending sunday school, etc.. You can earn up to 10 points - we reached 9 and were offered a place. If you can't make at least 7 points I don't think there's much hope to be honest - I remember the admissions secretary telling me we would probably be OK with 9.
