Anyone got children doing GCSE's in yr 9?

My DD has just sat her GCSE's in music and French.

Is 13 too early?

ANyone else in a similar position?

My son took his GCSE Spanish exam in year 8. He got an A*. So it can work out ok, depending on the child and the teachers.
