Beginner ski holiday recommendations flying from Glasgow

I'm looking for ideas for a beginner ski holiday. If you know of any companies that fly from Glasgow and make holidays easy... something like Neilson's with included tuition would be great, but they don't fly from Scotland, or with nursery slopes beside the hotel sounds ideal.

1 adult 1 teen
This season or next, for 1 week
Short transfer time to resort
Prefer B&B or half board over self catering
Thanks!

Crystalski is the biggest company and fly from Glasgow. You can book everything through them including lift passes, ski school and hire etc.
Their website will tell you about each resort and whether it’s good for beginners.

For beginners I’d look at Sestriere, Passo Tonale, Pila in Italy, Kranska gora in Slovenia, Flaine, Avoriaz, Alped’huez, Montgenevre in France

@Bicib has some good suggestions, to which I'd add some Austrian resorts such as Saalbach, Hinterglemm, Leogang, Ellmau, Westendorf, Maria Alm, Flachau and Wagrain. All are a short transfer from Salzburg.

As well as Crystal, I think that Inghams might also fly from Glasgow, and you could also look at Heidi to see if they have flights from Glasgow or Edinburgh. The ski companies organise everything for you (ski school, lift passes, ski rental etc) but these are not usually included in the package - you have to buy them as extras, so remember to budget around £300 per person for the lift pass, another £300 per person for group lessons, and about £150 p.p for ski rental. The ski companies will show the actual prices for these on the description page for each resort.

You're probably too late for this season unless you can find something in the Good Friday week where there still might be good snow - which sadly rules out most of the Austrian resorts I've listed as this year the snow cover has been below average and by Easter might be very poor.
