Cardiologist to diagnose POTs

My GP wrote to the cardiology department at the Royal in Edinburgh as I've been struggling with a range of symptoms - they wrote back and suggested I might have POTs and asked the GP to start me on medication.

I've requested that I am seen in person as I'd like to confirm the diagnosis but I'm aware this could take a while (for context the GP doesnt think I have POTs based on a lying to standing BP and heart rate check they did).

I have private health insurance through work so I was wondering if someone could recommend a cardiologist that I might be able to see privately in Edinburgh or Glasgow. Ideally someone who has experience with POTs. I'm a bit reluctant to start a meditation without having been seen in person.

Dr Omar Fersia, Consultant Cardiologist at King’s Park in Stirling saw a friend of mine and gave a speedy diagnosis and referral back to NHS. He is still also working in NHS, which I think is a positive.

Are you happy to share your experience with the specialist? I've also had a long-term query about this, but the GP didn't discuss referral, just advised me to up my salt intake (which does work).

He listened which is always a good start - he doesnt think I have POTs based on the way I am presenting but he does think it's blood pressure related. He's doing some tests and he has arranged a follow up in 3 weeks to go through the results. I'm fortunate enough to have insurance with work so this is all being done privately. He seemed like he wanted to help (and wasnt in any way dismisive which so many doctors can be when you have pots like symptoms)
