What the actual fuck?! How the hell could that happen? What a major safeguarding fail.

I see they only deactivated his pass after he was charged with putting a hidden camera in the loos.

That's dreadful! I wonder what charges would have prompted them to remove his pass immediately?

I think we need a massive change in the legal system. He was charged and ten days later met a group of guides. I think once a person is charged they should be in court quickly, certainly in less that ten days. If he is guilty he would be banned from contact with children, and might be in jail.
Why does it take so long to get justice?

Why on earth isn't parliament informed when an MSP is charged with a serious offence? Seems a massive fail that anyone in a responsible position/ needing a DBS can be charged but not inform the employer. If my GP got charged with murder they damn well shouldn't be in work the next day.
