Anyone used energy trust used electric car loan?

Hi,

we’re thinking of getting an electric car. We’ve been looking at the 0% loan for a used electric car as linked below. Has anyone used it and was it straightforward?

For me about 4 weeks after I got the car and submitted the paperwork.

Hmmm. Just checked my application (I did submit the proof of purchase previously) and it looks like the status is back to to expecting proof of purchase, but there is nowhere to upload the documents again. I will call them on Monday.

Mines sat like that for ages, even after submitting it.
I wouldn't worry about it. They take ages, but do get there eventually.

If it can't let you add documents they are in the system.
