If you recently tested positive, was the text from Protect-Scotland-App....not sure if this is a scam or a real result

Dh got a pcr today 28th at 3.30pm
Hes just noticed on his phone a text this morning at 11.09am saying his test on the 27th is positive.
The first lines on the text say

Protect-Scotland-App:
Protect-Scotland App Users
Your test on 27th was positive, then to isolate etc

But hes sure he received this text this morning before his pcr

We're flummoxed

Can anyone tell me what their pcr results text looked like please

My FIL got two texts - one saying he was positive, one saying he was negative. And DH got one at the time saying he was positive - he hadn't been for a test, but has the same name as his Dad...

It's all a bit of a mess isn't it!

He went and asked someone at the testing centre near his house, and he said it happens a lot, and he's most likely negative because he never had any follow up from track and trace, or whatever it's called.
