It's term time this time, surely we do? Just like other teachers in schools and FE

my so-called manager is an older professor who still cannot work how onedrive operates and has a defunct research portfolio - hence the managing duties (and "seniority"). They have not checked on me once, but have taken all opportunities for being critical about my course and "the student experience" at teaching staff meetings. I cannot bear them and their false sense of what it is for those of us with an active lab and heavy teaching load.

They are a lapdog of satan, the little Alex Horne to the big university - think David Brent, but nothing funny.

[Hmm i need to check that shoulder thing... maybe more of us out there!]

Well whether we're keyworkers or not doesn't matter now! Just reviving this thread to send solidarity to those who are going to have to teach online whilst managing nursery age kids with zero support whatsoever. Happy new year!

Teach dentistry face to face and this is carrying on.
Better be a key worker- DS has to go into school.
