Short term flat rental Glasgow West End ( for hospital visiting)

My brother had a serious accident last week and is in ICU at the Queen Elizabeth. He is now more stable and my SIL has had to leave the family room in the hospital. Her own home is an hour’s drive away and she isn’t happy to go back there, plus I need somewhere to stay when visiting from London. She’d like to rent a flat and knows the West End. Brother is going to be in hospital for several months as he has multiple spinal fractures and head injury.
Does anyone know anybody with a flat to rent for 3 months or so? There isn’t a lot online and air b n b has nothing available for that long. Only needs to be 1 bed and we could pay rent in full upfront.

FYI parking isn’t any better Skyllo.

I’ve been there 3 times in the past week and it’s awful during the day. Better in the evenings.

There’s a private car park ( area of waste land ) just next to the hospital where you can park for £6 a day.

Glad to hear the Ops SIL has a permit and accommodation for now.

Hope your brother is stable and improving Jessie. As a PP said, it’s an excellent hospital and he will get the very best of care.

Student accommodation will become available in late May / early June, though I know that’s a long time away and hopefully he will be home by then.
