Finding a routine

Hi, I am new here and really don't want judgement. I just want some advice.
I'm a SAHM with a toddler and a husband who has recently started working nights. Does anyone have a routine that works for them please who is willing to share it, so that hubby gets sleep, people are fed, and the world is a happy place? I'm ending up going out in the mornings every day so that the house is quiet for him to sleep as toddlers are noisy and don't understand, and I don't wanna deny her having fun. But I'm really struggling to get into a routine that works for us. Anyone wanna share what you do and how you do it please? We only have a small 2 up 2 down house, so it's not like we can go to one end of the house.

My DH works nights and I’m a SAHM. Days roughly look like this:
Morning = Up, dressed, have breakfast and read a few books, brush teeth etc
Then living room with door shut playing with train track, mega blocks, playing bingo/snap, pretend-play etc. DH wears earplugs and has white noise when sleeping.
30 min CBeebies and I do some jobs.
9am-1pm out the house either playground + library, national trust place, playground + toddler group, swimming, soft-play, woodland walk, meeting friends etc. We always have a packed lunch in this time too, sometimes eat it in the car if needs be! I make this night before.
Then back home and 30min TV.
Afternoon = Spend some time with DH before he goes to work. Play in garden, maybe a trip out, shopping, some crafts, “helping” me cook etc
Paw Patrol whilst I sort dinner!
From 5.30pm onwards it’s dinner, tidy up (DS helps with this as try to do Montessori approach where possible), bath, more books, milk, brush teeth and bedtime.
Hope that helps!

@FlyingHorses good routine but it looks hectic !! Does your toddler not nap? I work ,however on my days off with toddler ds my routine is similar as above in the morning, then straight after day out my toddler naps and I nap too for an hr.

Same routine here

Another tip OP is to have yours and your child's clothes downstairs ready for the morning and I also have my make up. hair stuff, deodorant, toothbrush etc downstairs so I can fully get ready downstairs. We are also very lucky to have a wet room downstairs so me and my child can have a shower first thing without waking/keeping DH up

Also I prepare breakfast generally the night before . I'll have the fruit already cut up so there's no Amal messing in the kitchen in the morning and a drink ready for my child in the fridge

Also my bag and my child bag is backed and ready by the door so we can just grab it and go

Thank you so much for your replies. FlyingHorses your routine looks like what I think I need to do. Thank you so much for sharing it. My toddler doesn't nap any more (or very very rarely) so this looks perfect.
andtheendwasgone, I have brought our clothes down last night so am seeing if this makes a difference this morning.
I think I need to do a bit more prep the night before but these routines and tips are amazing. Thank you all so much
