Septic tanks & toilet cleaners...

Sorry, possibly the dullest topic ever, but I'd just like to know what products people who have septic tanks use to clean their toilets? I've always been told to minimise use of bleach etc to disturbing the eco system of the septic tank so tend not to use lots of cleaning products, but circumstances have recently changed.
We have always had very soft water and limescale has been completely non existent. But our water supply has been changed and we are currently getting really hard water. The kettle is getting furred up, and for the first time ever I'm seeing limescale in the toilets, no matter how often I clean them. I was looking at various chemicals in the supermarket today, but none of the ones I saw specifically said they were safe for use with septic tanks. Anyone got any recommendations?
Hopefully its only temporary as we're supposedly getting back to better water once some work has been done but it could be a while.

I have a septic tank and generally I stick ecover loo cleaner with a fortnightly deep clean with harpic in the black bottle. When my private water supply was having issues I used those tablets that you put in the cistern that make the water blue. Helped keep the loo looking fresh.

Thetford do an eco cleaner for septic tanks - found in caravan shops and chandlers. It is good but pricey. I’ve stuck to a limescale collector (it looks like a mini scrubbie) for the kettle - bought from supermarket about 20 years ago. Every so often I fish it out of the kettle and shake the scale of it.
For bathroom cleaning I use the method products, and for bad limescale a small can of Coca Cola.

I used biological washing powder tablets in my caravan cassette toilet & Calgon when we had our caravan in a hard water area. Dishwasher tablets would do the same thing.

Most Harpic products are ok for septic tanks, but check the small print on the back of the bottle. Waitrose own-brand eco loo cleaner is safe, as is Ecover. I use citric acid or vinegar for limescale build-up.

Bleach and bleach products are the main thing to avoid.
