not sure how assetts would be divided up in your situation, but i would go to a solicitor, get the facts and sell up and fuck off with the kids. lifes too short

coldtits · 15/01/2010 01:12

Sometimes You just have to go. WHose house is it, could you give her the boot?

LesbianMummy1 · 15/01/2010 01:19

we rent house it's only in my name but she refuses to go and if i leave i am making myself homeless so won't be rehoused

You could see a family law solicitor.

Apparently there's one who writes a lot for Diva who is particularly good. Maybe try looking through back-issues and finding who she is?

Tortington · 15/01/2010 01:22

if the house is in your name, you can have her removed. Go see your housing officer - or if it is private rented or you want further advice goodle shelter england and give them a ring and ask about the legalities regarding your situation.

my feeling is that she could be removed by the police.

Custardo's advice sounds more cost-effective.

She's right about life being too short, too.
