resenting dh

Recently dh has started working away during the week. We have a 8mth old son who I stay at home and look after fulltime. Ds is quite an handful and needs a lot of attention so I have to organise my day really well so that I can make sure the house is kept tidy, me and ds are both dressed (me showered) and also that I have a chance to have something to eat and time to chill. Then I can try and take ds out for a few hours. Basically im finding whenever dh comes home and looks after ds the routine hits the fan and the house is a complete mess thanx to dh sloppiness. He follows the routine but somehow it doesnt work I then get moody and panicky about when he next goes away about how im going to cope if ds isnt having his usual naps at his usual time. And resentful that I may have to start again not to mention how untidy the house is.

Sorry arrraagggh, this sounds par for the course to me.

My dh is brilliant, but if he's had the kids all day the next day I find the toothbrushes are missing, the washings not been done etc.

I think men are just like that.
