My partner has recently started working opposite a male fellow worker who I believe she went out for a lunchtime walk of a running route she would normally checks out with me before a run. She didn't tell me she was doing this and she was wearing a short dress and wearing makeup which she normally does not wear. The male fellow worker is married and his wife works in the same office. So far I have kept my cool and not said anything. Would you tolerate this from your partner and if not how would you advise I challenge the situation. Do I confirm with the co worker first before I speak to my partner that they were out together. The co worker is a bit of a cheeky, cocky character. Or do just clarify with my partner first. And if I am right, would you allow this to take place for concern of it going further and if it is confirmed, would you speak to the co workers wife? Very much appreciate you advice, very upsetting as I love my partner, but if she is treating me this way, rather than be made a fool and workplace embarrassment. Should I walk away?
