Trying to move on after my wife's affair with a colleague

ive been in a relationship for 22 years, married for 14. I found out that my DW had been having an affair with a work colleague in January of this year, which ultimately upended my world. I had absolutely no idea what so ever.
we agreed to try again but I can’t seem to get over it.
I went to drop some keys off last week at her work and found them laughing and joking together, I think, I was understandably upset but apparently they work together so I just have to sort myself out and get over it.
Am I being totally unreasonable? The thought that my relationship is over is devastating.

That must have really stung.

Being told to sort yourself out and get over it, just adds insult to injury.

Time to stop putting yourself through this utter misery and get a divorce 💐

Either be a big boy and leave her or accept you are a cuck...

She’s obviously still putting herself and her own feelings and desires first, which suggest the chances for long-term repair are basically zero. Leave now while you still have self-respect.

Wow that’s nasty. I know men get a hard time on MN but that is awful. You probably get a bit of a laugh that you’ve shocked other people as well. Does it feel good upsetting people? Shame on you.

Im sorry OP but it’s as good as over. My ex did the same and it turned out it never really ended. I think if they don’t make drastic actions they have only given you empty promises and words.

The fact they were laughing away together just goes to show she hasn’t put that distance in place between them. An at the very least is still enjoying it.
