This lady still doesn’t seem to be hold her dad accountable at all ?

Appears to be a dysfunctional family. Don’t understand the dynamics between her mom and the dad AND the dynamics between her mom and the 2 daughters.

mom and dad- why did mom continue to stay on with the cheater if it brought so much trauma for the family?
mom and daughters- why did the mom share OW photos with the daughters and egged her on to post them on an adult site? ?

Daughter who posted intimate photos of father's mistress 'not sorry'

Eleanor Brown, 26 - with the help of her mother and sister - posted naked images of her father's sometime mistress on an escort website which saw her receive a three year jail term.

Generally, I don't think the purpose of prison is to make people feel remorseful.

Starlightsprite · 20/01/2026 13:41

I mean technically you don’t have to be sorry, it’s not a legal requirement. It’s like anything else in life in that you can do anything you want to if you’re willing to suffer the possible consequences.

You go to prison because you’re being punished for doing something wrong, doesn’t mean you have to feel sorry about it tbh

Well it's kind of an implied part of the parole process (obviously not in this case due to the short sentence). How can a convict be considered rehabilitated and not at risk of reoffending if they aren't showing any remorse for their actions?

Adultery, while repugnant, isn't criminal, revenge porn is. This woman doesn't seem able to take responsibility for her own actions, her lack of remorse guests she still thinks her criminality is justified. The whole family does appear to be a hot mess of crazy.

Hanging onto so much hatred cannot be good for you in any way.

Just…meditating on it. Isn’t there any other joy she can find? What a waste.

Are the parents still together then?

Luckily for everyone, freedom of thought and feeling is still permitted in the UK. It would be a terrifying, batshit dystopia if people had to literally change what they thought/felt before being released from prison.

The only remorse the prison system generates is the "I'm sorry I got caught and had to go to prison" kind. In most cases, anyway. I'm sure a few come out genuinely remorseful and rehabilitated.

Why should she be sorry?

Balkancity · 20/01/2026 15:03

That mother! Fancy putting that kind of trauma on your daughter that she feels the need to do something like this. TBH they all sound pretty disgusting - at least they're not spoiling two families.

Why should she be sorry?

not only did she torment the OW by sharing her nudes in an adult site offering services, but she also caused distress to the OWs husband and daughter. Do you not feel she should feel sorry for her actions? Obviously what her dad and OW did was wrong, but it didn’t warrant revenge actions from the daughter. It was up to her mom and dad to deal and strangely they are still together. dont understand why mom involved the daughters.

I feel much the same. None of them seem to a flying fuck about what they've done. Revolving doors and all that.

I wonder what the dad thinks of his own wife and daughters doing/encouraging this? Do they have something on him that is making him reluctant to leave? Does he not care? Does he think she deserved it? With that amount of focus they seem to have/had, does it not spill over into daily family interactions? I’d love to hear his response. Is he happy with a daughter who is seemingly intent on making this an important part of her life?
