Can I stop husband being in marital home

I've asked husband to leave
Can I 'kick him out' of a marital home?

The solicitor (free half hour) wasn't very clear.

No, you can’t boot him out, no matter what update you give.

You need to see a solicitor properly, the free half hour won’t deal with this.

@Ineedadvicepleasesorry might have missed it! are you both on the mortgage or both on the lease? if he has left and is on the lease then go to landlord or council and get them to remove his name from tenancy.

OP has mentioned a mortgage, so because they're married it is equally both of their property.
