Weight gain

Would weight gain make you feel less attractive to your partner. Excessive eating and lack of exercise has increased their belly and overall appearance is different to before. Would you say anything or leave it as is. I love them a lot but don’t want to hurt their feelings.

Maybe asking if you could do a fitness cladding together to increase bonding. Or sign yourself up for sw and say yano we both could do with losing some weight let's go together

I would be concerned that there was some underlying reason like a mental health issue or a medical issue. I would just be honest but compassionate. Just say, “I don’t want to upset you but I have noticed that you’ve gained a little bit of weight and I’m concerned that maybe it’s because you’re not feeling great. Could we talk about it? I love you and I want to support you.”

People's appearances change all the time, for whatever reason.
You can't guarantee that you won't upset them by mentioning it. However, you're also not a bad person to feel less attracted to their current body type than before. You're only human.
You should ask yourself whether you're being reasonable. How much weight gain are we talking about? Is it within the normal range of weight gain as people age? Have there been other factors, like pregnancy, injury, depression?

The best way to go, is always concern. This is not primarily about your level of attraction for them, at least it shouldn't be. It's about how they are coping with stress, how they feel in their own skin, whether they want to feel fitter and healthier
