Is anyone actually bigger and stronger than their DH/BF?

I know men are supposed to be bigger and stronger than women. I'm 5'6 and my DH is 5'8, but I am more fuller in figure. Therefore I am bigger than him. It isn't a problem but we do make adjustments. It is easier if he sits on my lap (if we're having a cuddle/snog), compared to me sitting on his. Also, I am almost as strong as him but I can carry him if he gives me some warning (usually piggyback, but have managed to carry him like a bride for a few seconds). Does anyone else have a slighter partner?

No, I weigh half of what my rugby playing partner weighs and he's 6" to my 5"4. I wouldn't like it to be otherwise; I love that he can and does pick me up and his big arms around me feel so safe.

Sadly my muscle has long since turned to flab, but although dh has always been taller than me and I seem to be shrinking at a rate on knots I used to match him for strength, now I'm just a flabber monster, and my strength is puny!

Yea, I'm taller and heavier than my DH. I hate it, he loves it. I wish I were short or slight but it isn't going to happen. I feel like one of those 1970s seaside cartoons of the vast woman and the tiny man - I feel like a freak.
However I love him, we've been together for over 20 years so it can't all be bad!
