If you're in a long term relationship - do you ever feel horny and just want to jump into bed with your partner?

If you're in a long-term relationship, do you ever feel really horny and want to jump into bed with them right away?

I've been married to my husband for a few years. When we first got together, I often felt this way. Now, I never feel like spontaneously having sex with him.

We do have sex, and I can get in the mood then, but it feels quite routine and is only at certain times on the weekend.

Am I unusual? I was wondering if others often feel horny at random times. For example, while you're watching TV or just having dinner or something.

In films you see people having sex on kitchen counters. We never do that and I never get the urge to.

Yes, but only since coming off birth control. Before that, never.

Absolutely

Absolutely. Together 9 years and I still absolutely swoon over him. I fancy the pants off him; he's a gorgeous man as it is, but especially since we had our children and seeing how amazing he is with them it's only got better. We still have sex every day and are very, very affectionate with each other.

I've been in a previous relationship with a man who had a low sex drive and I hated it. Sexual intimacy is very important to me.
