Prepaid debit card? Exist?

Leaving a bad situation.

I have cash saved and need to be able to pay for things online before I go.

I can't use any existing accounts and can't apply for new ones.

Is there a prepaid debit card I can load cash onto? I can't load it online.

I've seen the post office do one but it's a travel card and think you can only use it abroad?

Pockit or Hyper Jar are both prepaid accounts.

@FlyTime I've seen them in Morrisons and Sainsburys, not sure about Tesco but I would expect so.
