So confused

I have been with my partner 5 years. We rent together. Landlord is selling so we have found another house. No problem.
Around the time we signed, I started having dreadful anxiety about moving, committing for another year and about my relationship in general, to the point I'm considering breaking things off.
I have had bouts of anxiety like this before and gotten through it, but this one feels worse, like we actually might/should break up.
We are also due to go on a really special holiday together in a few weeks.
I don't know if it's all anxiety related- caused by moving (new house is more expensive,) or if something within me is telling me the relationship isn't right.
Can anyone relate to this at all?
I feel sick and sad all the time, can't sleep and just feel generally tormented to the point a breakup might be easier.
I have spoken to him about it all. He thinks I'd be foolish to theow the relationship away when nothing has happened-we were fine and looking forward to the year just a few weeks back- also trying to get out of the tenancy etc could be difficult.
Im so worried about everything. Just wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation.

@Deathbyfluffy
Thanks. Yes I can understand that. Obviously he has the option of looking for a new partner, if he wants to. He has the information on what's going on and on balance, that's not what he's choosing to do- currently.
What's the problem if he's kind and respectful?- well that's kind of the point of my post- trying to differerntiate between real feelings/emotions and those that a driven by something else, such as anxiety!
I guess anyone can 'flake out,' on anyone, at any time- and they do! Even if they're married years and seem totally happy and committed. People break up for all sorts of reasons don't they!
Equally, people get anxious, have break downs, go through all sorts of highs and lows, whether around their relationship or just life in general!
We all cope/don't cope in different ways.

Op some people don't take the time to understand anxiety if they haven't been through it or know someone who suffers they just don't understand seeing negative comments and trying to justify ignorance can also trigger your anxiety I understand and I'm sure there will be plenty of pl on mn that do too x

@Nicetobenice7
Thank you.
It's a difficult thing to understand if you've never been consumed with it. And the word 'anxiety,' is bandied about so freely now, it can take away from the true, crippling, life ruining nature of what it can really be like! A simple decision or task can become all consuming. It's not easy. .but I suppose, not everyone will get it if they haven't had first hand experience of it.
Thank you.
