Has anyone represented themselves at a non molestation order in court?

Long story short, my abuse ex has slapped an order on me. I have heaps and heaps and HEAPS of evidence against him which I've collated and want to represent myself in court (I can't afford a lawyer).
That said, the documents are very unclear regarding what is expected from the respondent.
Has anyone any knowledge of this?

Hang on, he has served you with a non molestation order? Can't you just let him get on with it? I imagine you don't want any contact with him anyway so I'd just let him waste his money on pointless orders, or is there a reason you need to argue your case in court?

It's extremely untrue about what he said about me so I want to put my case across to the judge.

Have you received a document from the court to attend an initial hearing?

In my experience, you will have an opportunity to send the court a position statement in response. Keep it brief and factual. The judge won't have time to go through pages and pages of evidence at the initial hearing.

Is the evidence showing that he is contacting you and not you him since the split, or is it showing that he abused you when together? Because the latter, while serious, is less relevant to what has happened since the split. Have you been hounding him since the split or is he lying? Either way, it's better you don't have any future contact so if the order were to be granted it will help to achieve that whoever is contacting who in reality.
