I was dating this woman (I got her a job at my work) I split up with her (I tried to help her with her addiction) Ever since if I walk past her in the building she runs in the office telling management I said or did something to her when I haven't.
4 times I have been called into the office every time I am found not guilty management check the cameras and ask witnesses.
I do not talk to her or look i do not even mention her.
I only leave the office with another staff member, she works in the warehouse.

You need to put something in writing to HR. Never mind the colleague with sick leave, they may have a condition you don't know about. But management are being useless about this woman in question. If she's agency I'm not sure why she is still there tbh.

Discuss with your manager, let them know you are concerned for your livelihood and reputation and would like to take this further as there has been no change. Obv don't mention their uselessness.

Draft an email, copy your manager in and provide as many dates and examples as you can. I think you will need to push this forward yourself whilst keeping your manager in the loop. Refer to policy, if you have a union maybe speak to them or ACAS first for assurance.

Thanks for the great advice 👍 I have tried to contact HR who say I need to chat with my manager first. I am thinking I will have to contact HR without informing my manager as he says he will sort it ding contact HR. I only mentioned the colleague on the sick to show how my management don’t do anything they hide things as the big boss and HR work in a different depot on the same estate.

Thanks for the good advice it’s so stressful I’m on edge when I leave the office. They could always move her to a different branch as we have 3 more on the estate.

Yes first port of call is manager but you've raised with your manager and the situation hasn't improved. So you need to tell HR that this step has been followed and now you are raising a formal grievance. Put it all in writing and cc your line manager if needs be but HR should be dealing with this
