If you suffered domestic abuse, what contact does your partner now have with your child/ children?

My situation is emotional abuse and violent behaviour.

Not me but DD. Bit of background: she called the police during a particularly threatening incident, he was arrested and DD obtained a non molestation order against him. Subsequent contact with their DC was at a contact centre.

Ex hated this, so took DD to court for unsupervised access. He has succeeded and has court ordered 4 hours every other week. The unsupervised contact is being built up gradually, with 9 months of supervised contact outside of the centre before he will be allowed to see DC on his own.

It has taken 2 years to go through the courts and has cost my DD in excess of £10k to protect her DC.

If you are about to embark on this 💐
