Should I worry about my relationship?

Long story short, after years of friendship(and secretly love from my part), my best friend revealed she liked me back. We started sort of dating with kissing but no sex(close though, this all happened a short slump of time), but then she needed to move to another city.

As tough as it was, things were going seemingly smooth, talking a lot, calling each other love, honey, babe, when we would meet again, living together in the future, all sorts of stuff. One day she said she'd be weird for a while, considering the different city and accommodation period, this made sense, but now all of a sudden, she started once again only calling me friend or buddy, talking quite less and mostly killing my conversation approaches/compliments. This change happened in less than 48h, I didn't do or said anything odd and she didn't mention anything either. Should I worry about all of this ending before my eyes while I couldn't notice? Should I do something?

Is it possible she has met someone? Is the different city permanent? LTR is a killer in early-relationships. Doesn't necessarily mean anything unless it's continual coldness for 5+ days I'd say but stay cool, be neutral. Act like nothing is up and if it continues then you may have an answer.. then I would directly ask them what's going on as you don't want to waste your time (even if you really like her, don't hurt yourself in the process).

Totally agree with the above from allosaur . Don’t say anything quite yet but don’t become a doormat . She could be seeing someone else so don’t become the other

Well, for the another person part, possible but unlikely, she's staying with some family members while looking for a definitive apartment. But yeah, that's good advice, I believe it hasn't been 5 days of this ordeal yet

Thanks

Tbh I think she was asking for a bit of space and you didn't quite get it so now she's making q point if using words like 'buddy'.

She probably wants to go back to just being friends.

You use the word relationship but judging on how you've described it, it's more like two friends who had a bit of a fling. Never officially together. Just dating. Looks like the dating part is over.
