How often do you see your parents with the kids?

Just that really - how often do you see your parents with your DC.

I live 5 mins away from my mum and have a 2 year old, we see her once every 2 weeks hereabout, not through my lack of trying but because she's always busy. I'd love a closer family unit and I'm finding myself a little disappointed with the lack of contact she has with DS. I just want to gauge whether I'm expecting too much, starting to think that I might be.

My parents they see 5 days a week. They one normally stops over their house on a Saturday.

My nan 3 times a week and the one who isn't at my parents will stop her house. This isn't every single week, but most weekends in the winter when there isn't much happening

DPS mum and dad twice a week and his GPS once a week

We are a very close family and we all live very close to each other as well

We live 4 hours away and see them once a month. I would rather not live 4 hours away but...life.

My parents once a week on average, in laws once every 6 months, both sets live 20 mins from us (no effort made from in laws and our efforts aren't appreciated)

Hardly ever but we talk on the phone every day. She's 20 mins up the road.

Haven’t seen her since December and she doesn’t look after my children ever.

I live further away now, but when I lived 10 mins away from my parents and had small DC we saw them once a week.

I see my parents about 3 times a year (4 hours away). My in-laws are 1.5 hours away and we probably see them every couple of months. We'd like it to be more but we're stupidly busy and they won't drive in the dark which makes it hard (we go to them every time in the winter- they might come to us once in the summer)

My parents help with childcare so see them 4 times a week. MIL we see 2-3 times a year

Every two weeks. My dad is at his girlfriends one week and they're at his the other week. Othersise I might be tempted to go a bit more often. Although not much more often, I enjoy seeing my dad more than my toddler does, she gets bored easily.

DS sees his nanna and grandad twice a week and once every other weekend. He sees his dad's parents as and when they can be bothered to be at home on his dad's weekend - I have no idea how often

When DD is born she'll see nanna and grandad the same (more when they become my childcare when I go back to work) and nanna and pops at least once a week and once every other weekend
