Hello all. Didn't know what thread to put this in and wanted some advice will be getting legal advice as soon as I can afford to take it further. My uncle recently passed away and wasn't aware until a few days ago and requested a death certificate, the informant stats niece and was signed by step aunt. How could this mistake possibly have been made I'm thinking a deliberate error on step aunts side. We aren't in contact with her, if this was a deliberate act would it come under fraud? I'm yet to see what the reasoning is behind all this as I doubt registry officers make this kind of mistake

I don't understand your post

Are you saying that your uncle's niece (your cousin) is recorded as the informant but you believe that it was actually his wife (your stepaunt) that was the informant?

SmellOfVanilla · 05/02/2023 21:26
