Is my relationship over

Hi all
I'm in a bit of a dilemma I guess. I'm not happy at home. My husband of 14 years is making me upset and angry constantly. I'm genuinely not sure I still love him. We are arguing too much in front of the kids and it's upsetting them.
I'm not sure if there is something I can do or if it is too late and I need to think about moving on.

No-one really to talk to about any of this so hence why I'm branching out here

It's never too late to make a change that can make you happier.

I agree, it’s never too late. How long have you been feeling like this?

Ames78 · 24/12/2022 10:07

A while I think... I think its just building up. We have been quite distant with each other but when we together like now its really apparent

My worry is though that the grass is always greener? And should I be grateful with what I have?

Can you pinpoint actual issues that cause you to be upset with your DH or is it just a gradual slow build up of little irritations?

I often find it's a lack of communication that tips me over the edge, my DH doesn't take any level of criticism well at all so I find myself tiptoeing around issues until eventually I blow my top, not great!

Well being single is definately preferable to being in a relationship with someone where you argue all the time. Especially if its to the point where it upsets the kids.

Not sure why you'd think you have to be grateful for a relationship that involves regular arguing. A quiet life would surely be better.
