Much as the thread title really, I’m not sure how I feel about finding it and if I should mention I know or to keep quiet?

my partner had a vasectomy earlier this year and he’s been working a lot more recently, so we don’t seem to have as much quality time together and our sex life has dwindled a bit.

Don't take it personally... it happens to many men and the fact he hasn't told you probably means he doesn't want you going down the thought process that you have... "he doesn't find me attractive".

I would be suspicious TBH OP.

As a PP said, you could watch and see if the numbers reduce in a way/time that doesn't sync with what the 2 of you do together.

He is going to say they're for use with you, whether it's true or not, so no point in asking.

I'd think that if a man suffers from ED in his forties, he really needs to see his GP. This is because the penile blood vessels are narrower than the heart ones. It can therefore be a warning sign of heart disease.
I know someone who ignored it, and 10 years later ended up being taken to hospital by helicopter after a massive heart attack.
