First ever post here and it's a bit scary tbh; within the relationships section here on MN there are so many 'should I leave?" threads... I can't read them because I want to stay really positive because for me (and I hope my OH) it's about making things work.

We've been having underlying issues for a good few years, been together more than 20 years and my OH is my true and only love but I just feel it's not especially reciprocated. This has eroded my actions, responses and tolerance which has then made OH feel that it is me being more and more detached. a bad downward spiral. Nobody else involved but a significant career and a DD on the spectrum has and does impact us.

Of course there are two sides, two experiences, actions and reactions and feelings over these many years, it all feels so complicated to unpick and stitch back together.
I do think it is time for counselling.
OH is saying 'why?' but I think they will participate.

Which brings me to my question, can I please get recommendations for a really good relationship counsellor. We are in West London and I think relatively close proximity would help.

Thanks in advance.
