Shablam · 08/10/2022 00:34

Julia234 · 08/10/2022 00:43

secure, happy, boring.

34and3 · 08/10/2022 06:05

Gosh what a real mix. Some completely heartbreaking, others beautiful. Just shows, we really don't know what's going on behind closed doors even with those closest to us. Just a little kindness goes a long way. I started this with describing my relationship as comfortable, lacklustre and boring. It prompted me to have a long and Frank conversation with my husband and I hope it's opened some doors for us to improve things. We've both agreed we love each other and want to make things better. I hope even one other person benefits from this thread.

Good for you OP, I'm glad it's moved things along for you. And even though things may not feel "perfect" right now, you still wish others well and see the bigger picture. You're absolutely right, we have no idea about what others are going through. I hope you both get things to where you want them to be, conversation is the best place to start. Thanks for starting the thread ❤️

Well done you. I honestly think that this is one of the things that defines a good marriage; that when there's an issue in it, you turn towards each other to discuss it and solve it, not outwards, locating the problem with the other person.

Good luck.
