What a cowardly piece of nothing ! He’s shown his true colours and be thankful you’re not married to him !! My ex husband walked out on me with three very young children, I didn’t realise it at the time but it was the day I start living again . You will get over this ❤️

Oh OP I wish I could give you a big hug, I'm so sorry you're in this pain Flowers

Hello Tootiredorcare,

We are really sorry to hear you are feeling this way.
We hope you don't mind, but when any of our users are feeling this way we usually add a link to our Mental Health resources. You can also go to the Samaritans website
or email them on [email protected]. Support from other Mumsnetters is great and we really hope you will be able to take some comfort from your fellow posters, but as other MNers will tell you, it's really a good idea to seek real-life help and support as well.

Some further support links:
NHS: Where to get urgent help for mental health
NHS: Looking after your mental health
MIND: Coping with mental health problems during coronavirus
CALM: The Campaign Against Living Miserably
NHS: Help for suicidal thoughts

We hope life looks a lot brighter for you very soon.
Very best wishes from MNHQ.

Echoing @wellhelloitsme

Heartbreak is very painful and it’s a very early stage for you. It’s hard to believe it now but this pain will pass. You will feel happy again. As MNHQ has said, it sounds like you would benefit from extra support now from The Samaritans, for example.
