It's only happened to me once and it was very weird. I made really good friends with a girl in my gap year. We went everywhere together. Then I went off to uni and she got a job in another town. I visited her once but the changes in our lives at that stage meant we drifted apart. About four years later, my parents' landline rang when I was at their house and as my mum went to pick it up, I said really calmly, 'Oh I'll get it, It's T, for me.' I picked up the phone and said, 'Hi T,' before she even spoke. She was astounded, but I'd had this really odd moment of absolute clarity that it was her.

I've had similar moments since (not to do wiht people getting in touch but with premonitions of what is about to happen and then it does). It's incredibly rare, and they always come accompanied by a feeling of immense calm. I'd love them to happen more often. or to be able to summon them.

No I'm afraid not, if they do it's purely coincidental. No higher ethereal plain, your born, you live, you die! That's it....

The thing is... I'm an atheist, I don't believe in god. It's quite clear where humans have made these stories up IMO.

But I'm also not so arrogant as to believe that I understand how the everything in the universe works.
