Does it give you the ick when you're messaging an online match and they call you "sexy"

More context, I am unwell and he's messaged saying "wish there was something I could do to make you feel much better sexy"
The sexy bit made me feel ick.
I don't know why but I don't like it.

If you had arranged a walk, I would tell him politely that you're no longer interested. Come up with anything 'not the right time for me' or whatever. Then block. I don't think just disappearing is kind.

It may not be kind but it cuts off their opportunity to send you a barrage of abuse due to their bruised ego.

I just send a message saying ‘I don’t think we would vibe’ and then block pronto before they can respond. I don’t think it’s kind to not give them a quick explanation

As you've arranged a date I'd cancel it and be honest about why, but block immediately after so you don't risk the abuse

Yep - as a PP said, any comment about physical attributes before we've met is an instant unmatch!

I unmatch as soon as I hear the S word.
