My ex is extremely violent and deranged. I can't list all of the things he's done as they are so awful but it's a catalogue of physical, emotional, mental, verbal abuse as well as stalking and harassment and death threats. I've had a non molestation order and it was extended for a further 6 months as the judge thought there was still risk.. I've applied for another extension on the basis of incidents that have taken place trdrj and attended court, my exes barrister put up a superb argument and basically depicted me as a woman scorned making fruitless applications to cost him money, even though we are also in children's matters and cafcass have also said he's a risk to our child. The non molestation order got discharged and my ex refused to also offer an undertaking.. I now feel really scared and vulnerable as he could do anything.

The police will install a home alarm. Carry a rape alarm. Protect yourself, shut your social media, change numbers and emails. Speak to someone at the Suzy Lampugh trust, they deal with stalking behaviour. Look after yourself and fight to protect your child.

Excellent advice from Cherrysoup - just wanted to add - can you afford a ring doorbell? That will provide evidence if he comes round your house.

Install the Holly Gazzatd app on your phone. If you need to move and are in local authority housing gegvthdcpokuce to write a letter to the senior housing officer. If you are high risk they can accommodate you.
