How would you feel that everytime you look at your partner or kiss him hug him anything he's getting a boner everytime without fail and his answer is sorry you do it to me and I say half the time I do nothing just look at him

Santahasjoinedww · 22/01/2022 19:56

My dh is very easily aroused.
Not all men are in control of their faculties!!
Ime.

Relaxing2 · 22/01/2022 21:01

Interesting

A combination of being flattered and concerned. Have you checked if he gets boners when he's with other women?!

thistimelastweek · 22/01/2022 21:28

Is he a teenager?

Relaxing2 · 22/01/2022 21:30

No he doesn't around other women and no not a teenager he's 38

OP posts:
Tailsyflugbun · 22/01/2022 21:31

He must be in love with you then OP.

altmember · 22/01/2022 21:39

What's the problem exactly? Would you rather you didn't turn him on?

thistimelastweek · 22/01/2022 21:40

The question has to be, is the ever present boner a problem for you?
Does it impede day to day business?
Can you ignore it without offence taken?
What's your take on it?
(For the record, sounds weird to me but I'm not living with it.)

CloneAViralMess · 22/01/2022 21:48

Aww he sounds like a sweetie

5128gap · 22/01/2022 22:03

I wouldn't be flattered or see it as a sign of his devotion, because id know it wasn't about me, but about him being overlly preoccupied with sex. I'd think he had the potential to become an irritating nuisance, and I'd hope that i never needed a hug from him because i was upset about something.

Heartofglass12345 · 22/01/2022 22:06

I think it depends how he acts when it happens, does he expect anything or get a bit too gropey or anything?

Relaxing2 · 23/01/2022 08:36

No he doesn't expect sex when it happens all the time we can just cuddle and that's it sometimes we end up having sex

OP posts:
Relaxing2 · 23/01/2022 08:38

There's no problem I was just wondering if anyone eles experienced this

OP posts:
CloseYourEyesAndSee · 23/01/2022 08:40

Mine does but he doesn't expect me to do anything about it. It's nice!

layladomino · 23/01/2022 08:46

Yes and it's an involuntary reaction so you can't really hold it against him (insert your own joke here!)

If he expected stuff to happen because of it, that would be wrong of course.

It will stop happening in time.

That's different then. If you're happy with it and he's not pestering, all good!
AdultingInTheCountryside · 23/01/2022 10:15

I have the opposite problem. My partner is 38 and if I kissed him he wouldn’t get a boner even if it was passionate.

Houstonjane · 27/01/2022 15:47

I would be very flattered , that he found me that appealing. Could be a bit embarrassing if he got a boner, in certain settings. Otherwise enjoy the passion.

scooterbear · 27/01/2022 15:52

Mine does this. He gets aroused just putting my underwear back in the drawers sometimes (in the course of putting away the laundry- it's not a kink Grin). I mean it's probably thinking about when I was last wearing it rather than the act of putting it away itself. But still...
I don't think it's an issue? It's a good thing surely?

HaggisBurger · 27/01/2022 15:59

It wouldn’t bother me unless he became a sex pest or sleazy about it. Otherwise it’s flattering if only directed at you.

Thinkingat3am · 27/01/2022 17:08

Depends If its the honeymoon stage. I'd be kinda flattered as my boyfriend can't give me sex at the moment due to his medication side effects and its miserable wanting to be intimate with someone who has no interest in sex and you are loosing the closeness you felt.

TheFoundation · 27/01/2022 17:24

How do you feel about it OP, and why are you interested in how other people feel?

I'm just asking in case you're trying to minimise your own feeling of discomfort, via the 'I'm not normal to dislike this' route..?

litterbird · 27/01/2022 17:33

Mine is like this and is 57...still going strong. I find it flattering and sexy. I am the same age and think I am very lucky to still have this going on in my life. I would say it is normal and enjoy!

Relaxing2 · 28/01/2022 10:26

I like it I've never had anything like this before so I was just wondering if I was the only one I do feel flattered but then I get a little worried when he's abit distant

How long have you been together? Does he show he values you in other ways? Sexual chemistry is great and important but I’d want to know that there was more. It’s good when a man has a healthy sex drive (and it’s focused on you). I’ve had the opposite and it’s soul-destroying.
