Cannot cope with my 15 year olds behaviour

My 15 year old son has ADHD and ODD. He’s always been a difficult child, aggressive etc however since April things have gone from bad to unbearable.
He has started hanging out with the wrong crowd, I found out that there was potential gang involvement, drugs were involved. I contacted the police and social services. Both closed the case, said I had found out just in time, they weren’t concerned about exploitation and gave him a youth worker.
Since this he has been smoking weed, drinking alcohol, not coming home from school and has generally just got a terrible attitude. Says he can do what he likes.
He steals from me, he’s a lot bigger than me and although he hasn’t hit me I’m scared he will.
He hits his younger brother if he ‘annoys’ him.
Him and a friend got into a fight outside our house, he came in and grabbed a knife to threaten this kid with.
The police have been told about this incident but are yet to speak to him about it.
He could have killed this child if he hadn’t run away.
I just can’t cope anymore, I don’t know what to do
I contacted my gp months ago for a camhs and paediatric referral, chased this many times and been told ‘due to covid’ …
Feel like no one will help until things do go terribly wrong, after he’s stabbed someone or been stabbed himself
Any advice would be greatly appreciated because I’m now in a situation where I feel like my priorities need to be protecting my other children. I have tried to empathise with my son, I have got angry, I’ve tried grounding him, I don’t give him money anymore in case he spends it on drugs, I’ve cried, I’ve been strong. I’ve worked with the school. I’ve contacted every agency I can think of (police, ss, gp)
I’m just hitting one brick wall after another and my MH is now also being affected

Could you refer him to Children's Services to get some support? I work in Children's Services and we have cases like this frequently - you are not alone. Please try to get some help for your MH - if your GP is useless maybe you could self refer to your local Mind branch or Wellbeing Service?

Speak to social services again. Ask them to raise a safe guarding for your son and your other children. Will your son go to counselling appointments? Seek out local services that can offer this support. Is he on any medication for his ADHD?

The wait for CAMHs is ridiculous. Get your MP involved.

Have school offered any intervention?

In addition to your MP you should also involve your local Councillor - councils are responsible for social services and a councillor may be able to apply pressure for your case to get a higher priority.
