Can’t Cope

I am 10 days in to my husband leaving and I just can’t cope. He is currently with someone else and I made the mistake of looking her up she is the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen. Even after all the awful things he has done I feel so heartbroken I just can’t see how I am ever going to feel and better. He literally couldn’t give a shit about any of us. Who leaves a 19 year marriage and is with someone else 9 days later?

I can't pretend I know what you're going through, but I see time and again on here that in the immediate aftermath, the woman is broken whilst the man appears - appears - to have it all. As time goes on, the woman grows in strength and the errant husband starts to doubt his decision and realises the grass wasn't greener. Long term the woman starts to thrive, whilst the husband is miserable - because he is still the same nasty, selfish person, just in a different living situation, so will never be happy.

I know it doesn't feel like it now but you WILL get through this and you will be happy again. You don't need a shit man like this one x
