Jealousy, or not

I've been with my DP for 5 years and when we were first together I was insanely jealous (carried over from previous relationships where my trust had been broken).
He has never done anything to make me feel jealous and has never been jealous himself, his stance is 'if you're with someone it's because you love them so why would you cheat?'.
He has built my confidence and self esteem, and now I have zero feelings of jealousy- does this mean I've grown as a person or that I don't love him anymore (I think I do but I'm questioning my feelings because I think I've been depressed or something for a while as I don't seem to be able to find joy in anything.

Jealousy is often a result of low self worth.

Do you really believe that love must involve feelings of jealousy?

That reads more harshly than I intend, what I mean is do you truly believe that if you don't feel jealousy then you can't love them?

Does that mean your DP has never loved you, by that logic?

If you're not finding joy in anything, you may be depressed. Lockdowns etc have affected most of us I think. For example I used to love just going and sitting in a coffee shop and read a book/people watch. I went the other day and just felt awkward and itching to get home. Not from Covid fear, it just wasn't as fun as it used to be. Could you see your GP?

There's a billion things it could mean. Are these the only options you're offering yourself?

It's peculiar to think that you can work out whether you love your partner or not by analysing how jealous you are. It suggests a lack of personal insight. Can you answer the question 'Do you love your partner?' without looking at the jealousy thing?
