Best ways to forget someone

I am moving on from someone because it is not going to happen. I rejoined Bumble and have had lots of interest. I also went for a walk with a male friend earlier who I know is interested. The problem is my mind drifts back to the original guy. I know I shouldn't think about him because he can't give me what I deserve. I just want the pain to go away and move on.

@Eckhart You are right, I should not be so anxious about the future. When the time comes I will have moved on and be too busy to see him. I suppose it will take time to build up my self-esteem and I should be patient.

I don't want to be that person who has no self respect and no man wants to date a woman who has insecurities. One day I will get there, you are very wise.
