Section 47. Fathers chances of contact

Hi all.
My DC were subject to a Section 47 from SS because I was in a very abusive relationship with my ex who is the father. We had to relocate to a different local authority and ex partner isn't aware of what area we live in. He's since put in an application to the Family Court and requesting our child lives with him! He has a very long history of abusive relationships and unfortunately the abuse spread to our child whom was physically and psychologically abused 😢. SS carried out the Section 47 and we left. Our child is doing so so well and is very settled. I've raised her on my own single handedly since day 1. Our daughter has been subject to first hand and second hand abuse as she's witnessed and heard all manner of horrific things including him strangling me.
What are his chances of direct contact? I'm scared. I have a solicitor and legal aid, my solicitor said we'll fight him all the way and although it's rare she would hope he's given indirect contact which I could stomach. My ex is psychotic. He cannot safely parent our daughter, supervised contact opens the door to unsupervised and that's when our daughter will be used as a method of control and she will be subject to the abuse again. Awarding him contact is the equivalent of his behaviour and abuse towards or daughter being justifiable. It's opening the door and inviting abuse back into her life again. I am so frightened. He hasn't seen our daughter for nearly 6 months now and we have our first hearing beginning of December.
Words of advice and comfort needed. Thanks if you've got this far x

Any updates on this case? What was the outcome of section 47?
