Breach of a non molestation order

Hi all.
I think my ex has breached the non molestation order that is in place.. Via a form of indirect contact. Do I report to the police and they'll arrest him? I was watching a Real Stories documentary on DV last night and a crazy guy repeatedly breached the non molestation order by leaving horrific voicemails to his ex.. He was repeatedly arrested but bailed every time.. Not really holding my breath...

Yes, if he’s breached it then report him.

If he has breached, report it to the police along with the evidence that proves he has breached.

It is normal for those under investigation to be bailed or "released under investigation" following their interview whilst the police look into the matter further or seek advice from the Crown Prosecution Service. There are strict conditions that have to be met to enable the police to remand someone.

Regardless of whether he will be charged and remanded, or charged and bailed, or bailed/released under investigation to return to the police station at a later date ...report it! If you stop reporting, he will continue pushing the boundaries! Nip it in the bud now.

Yes report, my friends ex is in prison due to this.

Good decision. If you ignore the "small" infringements, it could be construed as almost accepting the molestation behaviour. I think you need to continue to nip each instance in the bud. It will serve as a learning experience.

I agree. Its there for a reason also.. Ex partner is trying to get it it overturned though.

Police came over and took a statement.. They said he'll be arrested and questioned and bought in front of a judge. If he denies it, I'll have to go to court to give evidence :(

What happened after he was questioned? Currently going through similar atm x
