Just that really!
I’m single but interested to know how you met your current partners - is there more to life than OLD? God I hope there is.
If you have a funny story I’d love to hear it too Wink

When I opened the delivery doors of where I used to work to take a delivery in. He was stood there and I remember thinking how good looking he was. Actually I swooned and stood there daydreaming about marrying him. Only problem that day though, was I was massively hungover and my stomach was weak as shit. He pulled the last cage in and a load of rice pudding pots fell off and burst all over the floor. I don't do rice pudding at the best of times and I promptly threw up all over him and all over the floor. Grabbed some blue roll, lobbed it at him and shouted at him to clean it up whilst I ran to the toilet to finish throwing the rest of the night befores alcohol and the greasy shit I'd had to try and soak it up. Skip forward a few weeks and a shop transfer just after my Dad had died. I was in for the afternoon to close shift and my ex work colleagues were being really horrible to me. Stood up in the office and saw the Truck pulling down the street and he was sat in the drivers seat. Decided then to see if he wanted a coffee after the delivery. He did and we stood and chatted and he made me feel at ease. Every delivery he did apart from one whilst I was in we always had a cuppa and a chat. Left the job but had no way of contacting him because at the time neither one of us had actually thought about it. Literally sat and waited every weekend for weeks and weeks at the 2 shops I knew he'd come to until
I finally saw him again. This time he put his arm round me just as he was going back to depot and ended up bursting into tears on him. I was suffering from pretty bad depression at the time and he just stood there and held me whilst I snotted and snivelled all over his shoulder. Held my face in his hands, kissed the top of my head and told me beautiful I looked (definitely needed to put his glasses on) 6 years on and 4 miscarriages later with not much hope of ever having a Baby, we're stronger than ever. Makes me sad in a way though because I know he'd be a brilliant Daddy because of how kind, loving, caring and patient he his
