Shall I ask him out on a date?

It's a guy who I've had dates with last year.
We still are in contact and message a lot.
I still really like him and I'm jealous when I see him out with others.
Shall I ask him for a drink?

Why not? Worst he can say is no, better to bite the bullet and know than sit and wonder.

My friends were like
If he wants,he will make the first move.
I don't want to wait.

Why haven't there been more dates? If he liked you sufficiently, surely he'd have asked you by now?

DoWahDiddy · 22/07/2020 20:13

With come hitherto eyes, say,
"Well, are you gonna ask me out on a date?!"
He asks you out, your friends have their box checked. Job done!

I think that him going out on dates with other people when he knows where you are and how to contact you should tell you something.

clpsmum · 22/07/2020 20:18

Definitely! Go for it

BobFleming · 22/07/2020 20:21

Surely the fact that you're not dating is a clue that he's not that into you?

popcornlover · 22/07/2020 20:34

Go for it, you have to be really forward. Men love confident women!

Sillymee · 23/07/2020 03:58

No, He asked you once.. and he’s dating other people so he’s obviously not shy about asking. Stop responding to his messages. Then if he messages you and says hey what’s up.. you can say to be honest I’m still into you and we text
All the time but then you date other people so you obviously have no intention of dating me so feel like I’m wasting my time.
He’s got the best of both worlds this way, dates with other women and then friendly
Familiar easy conversations with you on the side.. X

God no, block him!

StarlightLady · 23/07/2020 06:15

Go for it.

Notcoolmum · 23/07/2020 09:12

I agree with your friends. If he wanted to date you he would ask. Move on.
