New book suggestions?

Hi all

I am trying to get my head around things in my current/last relationship (we may be splitting up) and just wondered if anybody had any new book, podcast, etc suggestions that are not the normal ones. Eg I have already heard of and/or read Why does he do that, the gift of fear etc. Just wondered what else was out there.

Doesn't have to be just about abusive relationships. Any suggestions for books on boundaries, confidence building, being happy alone, anything really.

But any more suggestions about emotional abuse or crazy making type books would also be useful. Still trying to get my head around identifying potential issues and whether to trust my gut instinct and stuff like that.

Thanks all

I've just started the Unexpected Joy of Being Single by Catherine Grey. Not sure how good it is yet but it was recommended to me by a couple of people on here

I imagine you've already read it but as a PP said, the FP book 'Living with the Dominator' is excellent, there's also a workbook for the FP.

I like Kris Godinez www.youtube.com/channel/UCHk_36kn2zDnVL-d23tE6bg

She recommends The Disease to Please which I thought was good. She also recommends The Self Esteem Workbook by Schiraldi, which I haven't started yet.

At the minute I'm reading Stalking the Soul www.amazon.co.uk/Stalking-Soul-Emotional-Erosion-Identity/dp/188558699X?tag=mumsnetforu03-21 and enjoying. It isn't as dry as it looks.

Ahh thank you! Here is a new one I have recently heard of:

The Gaslighting Recovery workbook by Amy Marlow-Macoy
