We have a child free night me and DH in the next few weeks, these are very rare and we have no idea how to spend the evening / day.
We have childcare from 6pm until 3pm the next day. any ideas anybody ?? Looking forward to a night just the two of us and want to make the most of it

We recently had brunch in a bistro that doesn't allow children - quiet, bliss!

You can get evening spa packages. And some that include dinner and overnight stays.

Sex?

Booze?

Sleep!

Honestly the last time DH and I had a child free night we were in our pjs with a bottle of wine and a takeaway by 8pm and in bed by 10!

I could list loads of things that would be lovely to do but please, most of all, just make the most of it and have an amazing time for all of us who are so bloody jealous Grin

It all depends what you like doing!!

For me, I would drop off at 6pm and drive to a posh hotel, have a meal, early night (!), breakfast in the morning , go for a walk& just hang out together...

If no hotel - drop off, go for meal or to cinema...Next day go for walk, brunch and just chat.

When our friends have a child free night they gleefully text us to meet them at the pub Grin

Most of all, relax!

When we get a night off we do generally go out for a drink down our local pub then out for dinner, normally home by 10pm! Have breakfast in bed the following morning followed by a long walk - it's heaven and great to spend sometime together Smile

Thanks everybody all good suggestions
DH has just suggested a nice meal out at a local restaurant and back home to relax (he he ) early night
Then maybe cinema day after
I always feel compelled to do loads when we are child free Smile
