No intimacy or sex in marriage- at a complete loss

Don’t really know where to start. We’ve been together since 2003 and married almost 8 years, one daughter. Both work full time with high powered, professional jobs. Sex has always been sporadic, although for first half of our relationship was really good. Over the last four or five years we have only been intimate maybe twenty times. My wife doesn’t really enjoy kissing/hugging etc whereas I always have. Any ideas on how we might proceed?

There isn't much to be done apart from communicating your issues and concerns and being honest with each other about what you would each want in an ideal world.
You've been together over 15 years, in that time you must surely have worked out how you best communicate with each other? If not then it is about time that you worked on that too.

When you've spoken about it you need to see if there is any common ground. Hopefully you can reach a compromise that suits you both, even if that is to open up your relationship to additional partners (this is fairly extreme in my eyes but I honestly feel you need to keep everything on the table until it is ruled out).
Do you know why she doesn't like kissing/hugging? Is it just recently or always, and always with you or with everyone?

If she doesn't enjoy sex these days, why is that? Tired? Stressed (work)? Not attracted to you anymore? Low libido? Getting it from Frank in HR? If you don't know what the problem is there is no way to resolve it, once you know you can resolve it or leave the relationship if the status quo won't change and is a deal breaker.

Have a conversation with your wife for a start.
